    Common Requirements:

    1. 1. Current Certificate of Incorporation
    2. 2. Memorandum of Association (MoA) & Articles of Association (AoA)
    3. 3. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of a director
    4. 4. Director Identification Number (DIN) of a director
    1. 5. Proof of new office address (electricity bill, property tax receipt, or utility bill – not older than 2 months)
    2. 6. Rent agreement/lease deed (if rented) or sale deed (if owned)
    3. 7. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from property owner (if rented premises)
    4. 8. Board Resolution and, if applicable, Shareholders’ Resolution approving the change

    Types of Registered Office Changes

    • 2. Within the same state but different ROC jurisdiction – Requires Regional Director approval.
    • 3. From one state to another – Requires alteration of MoA, Regional Director approval, and newspaper publication.
